Noise

• An acoustic assessment has been undertaken by Atkins Acoustics to identify potential noise impacts of the proposed redevelopment during its construction and operation
• The acoustic assessment covers the main noise sources associated with the construction and operation of the marinas
• There are no changes proposed for the boat workshop at Point Piper Marina
• There are no new club or entertainment facilities that will generate increased noise or late night activity
• The marina will use custom made electric tenders to minimise noise.
