Under the proposal a small section (600mm) of the already modified balustrade, which is currently in very poor condition, will be removed.
It was concluded by Don Wallace, Heritage Consultant, that the proposed works were considered minor and acceptable. It would actually return the wall to its original intended look as opposed to the half finished modified panel that is currently there.
